    I'm a fractional AI lead and systems builder for teams that run on HubSpot, based in Denver. I set your AI direction, build what it needs, and teach your team to run it.

    How I got here

    I've spent my career on the build side of agencies and in-house teams. Each step moved me closer to the same job: build the system, then make sure people can run it.

    1. Impulse Creative

      Director of Development

      I led a 10-person web development team building custom web apps and HubSpot CMS integrations for agency clients. We shipped 50+ web apps in two years.

    2. BridgeRev

      Director of Technical Services at a HubSpot Elite partner

      I ran technical delivery across 50+ HubSpot implementations: migrations, pipeline redesigns, CMS builds and the adoption work after go-live. Consolidating overlapping tools added up to $2.5M+ in documented client tech-stack savings.

    3. Wand AI

      In-house at an AI-native B2B SaaS startup

      I went in-house to lead RevOps and marketing infrastructure, and stood up the full RevOps stack in 60 days. I also built a content pipeline where AI agents draft and a person approves every piece before it goes out.

    4. Geekeri and Emerjent

      Founder and principal

      I started Geekeri in 2024 and went full-time in late 2025. Today leadership teams bring me in as a Fractional AI Lead (I set the AI direction, build what it needs and train the team) or as a Forward-Deployed Engineer (builds only). Agencies bring me in under their own brand. Either way I embed with the team, find the problem under the request and ship the fix.

      I also built Emerjent, the AI operations platform I run my practice on. When I'm embedded with a team and see something the software should handle, I build it into Emerjent, so the product keeps getting better at the real work.

      And I built Geekify, my HubSpot theme: 70+ modules, 50+ sections and a nearly 200-page editor guide. It's what my CMS builds run on, and agencies can license it for their client sites.

    What I believe

    • Systems, not slides

      A strategy deck doesn't change how your team works on Monday. I'd rather ship a small working piece early and improve it with you than hand over a roadmap and leave.

    • Your team runs it

      If a system only works while I'm around, I built it wrong. Everything I make comes with the documentation, training and access your team needs to own it.

    • AI as a dial, not a switch

      AI isn't on or off. For each task you decide how much to hand over: a first draft, a check, or a run that a person approves. You turn it up as trust builds, and you own the output either way.

      I work inside your team, in your meetings and your tools, until I can see the problem under the request.

    2. Build

      I ship the fix in small pieces your team can see working: an AI workflow, an integration, a CRM rebuild, whatever the problem needs.

    3. Hand off

      Documentation, training and time with your team until they run it without me.

    I live in Denver. When I'm not building systems, I'm a folk and acoustic singer-songwriter.
