    The Go Forth Ops Forum

A private roundtable for operators. Bring what you're working on. Leave with something you can use Monday.

    Who it's for

For the people holding operations together while the company grows.

COOs and heads of operations at growth-stage, tech-enabled services companies. Your engineers are rightly on the product. Ops is running on spreadsheets, heroics and the next hire. This room is for comparing notes with people in the same spot.

    What happens in the room

    1. Peer discussion, no pitch. Operators bring a real problem; the room works it.

    2. A recurring thread: the internal tools you'd otherwise hire people to do by hand, and what it takes to build them.

    3. Every session ends the same way: each person names one thing they're taking forth. Then we say it: okay, go forth.

    Ground rules

    What's said here stays here.

    1. No attribution outside the room. You can use what you hear. You can't say who said it.

    2. Findings are shared only in aggregate. If anything gets written up, it's patterns, never people or companies.

    3. Named quotes need sign-off. Nobody gets quoted without saying yes first.

    Notes you can actually use.

After each numbered edition, members get "What we're taking forth": the patterns, plays and tools that came up, with no names attached.

Bring the Forum to your portfolio.

One session gives every operator in your portfolio a room with peers who face the same scaling problems. You fill the room; I run it, facilitate it and send the takeaways. Co-branded with your fund, free for you and your companies, and no pitch in the room.
