The short version
These terms cover your use of geekeri.com, which is run by Geekeri Consulting LLC ("I" or "me"). Using the site means you accept them. If you're a client, our signed proposal or agreement covers the work itself, and it wins wherever it says something different from these terms.
Using the site
You can read, share and link to anything public here. Please don't:
- try to get into accounts, pages or data that aren't yours;
- interfere with how the site runs, or overload it with automated requests;
- copy large parts of the site to republish them as your own;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
My content
The writing, design, code, tools and graphics on this site belong to me unless they're marked otherwise. You're welcome to quote short passages with a link back. For anything more, ask first.
The RevOps Score, blog and free tools
The RevOps Score, the blog and the other free tools give general information based on what you tell them. They aren't professional, legal or financial advice for your business, and a score isn't a guarantee of any result. If you want advice on your own situation, book a call.
Client portal and client docs
Portal and docs accounts are for clients and the people they invite. Keep your sign-in to yourself, and tell me straight away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used it. I can suspend access that's being misused, and access usually ends when the engagement does.
What we share in the portal (proposals, files, docs, credentials) is covered by our agreement and by my Privacy Policy. Client docs are confidential to the client they're written for. Please don't share them outside your team.
Payments
Invoices paid through the portal are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms. Amounts, schedules and refunds are set by our signed agreement.
Links to other sites
The site links to other services, like my HubSpot scheduling page, emerjent.io and LinkedIn. I don't control them, and their own terms and policies apply.
No warranty
I work to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is." I don't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data or business interruption) from using the site or the free tools. My total liability for anything arising from your use of the site, outside a signed client agreement, is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Colorado law. Any dispute about them goes to the state or federal courts in Denver, Colorado.
Changes
I may update these terms. When I do, I'll change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the update.
