    • Build and Share: $15K plus a revenue share. You still own the product; I share in what it earns.

    What I build, and what you own

    One custom AI product a quarter: a product you own and can sell to your customers. I keep the reusable components I bring with me and license them to you, so you're never locked out of your own product.

    Who it's for

    Companies with a product they could sell to their own customers and nobody free to build it: agencies turning a service into software, services firms productizing work they do by hand, and teams with a customer-facing AI feature that keeps slipping to next quarter.

    It's not the right fit for internal tools (that's the Forward-Deployed Engineer) or ongoing AI leadership (that's the Fractional AI Lead).

    How a quarter runs

    1. Week 1, scope sprint: we agree what it does, who uses it, what done looks like and what's out.

    2. Weeks 2 to 11, build: I build in the open with your team, in small pieces you can try, with automated tests from the first day.

    3. Weeks 12 and 13, handoff: your team gets the code, the spec, a risk list, docs and training, and runs it with me beside them.

    4. 30 days after: I fix anything that breaks, included in the fee.

    I take one build at a time, so each quarter has one seat.

    Build and Share

    You can pay $15K instead of $25K and share part of what it earns with me for a set period. You still own the product. We agree the share and the period on the call, and both go in the contract before I start.

    Book a call

    A full working product customers can buy, like a client-facing app or an AI tool you sell to your own customers. If the idea is bigger, we scope a first version that ships inside the quarter.

    You do, once it's paid for. I keep the reusable components I bring with me, licensed to you as part of the fixed fee.

    Yes. The flat fee can be split across the three months of the build. Discounts are available when you pay upfront or book by Dec 18, 2026.

    Your team runs it. If you want more, book another quarter, or bring me in as your Fractional AI Lead or Forward-Deployed Engineer.

    The Engineer works month to month on your internal initiatives as part of your team. The Accelerator is one product, one quarter and one fixed fee, and you own the result.

    No. Many builds connect to HubSpot because that's where the customer data lives, but the product runs wherever it makes sense.
