A revenue operations systems & services co.

    Build systems that scale

Your revenue ops shouldn't depend on one person's spreadsheet, a duct-taped Zapier flow, or a CRM nobody trusts. We build the systems that replace all of that. You keep the infrastructure. We move on.

    Sound familiar?

    You've probably been here

Your CRM says the deal is $500K. Your VP says $300K. The rep says “it’s complicated.” Three people, three numbers, one pipeline. Nobody trusts any of them.

Someone on your team is copy-pasting between HubSpot and ChatGPT every day. Everyone knows it’s a workaround. Nobody’s built the thing that replaces it.

You bought a tool six months ago. Nobody uses it. The process it was supposed to replace is now two processes: the old one, and the half-finished new one that made everything worse.

These aren't tool problems. They're systems problems. And another dashboard isn't going to fix them.

    Our approach

    What's different here

Three principles that guide every engagement.

    Systems, not slides.

We don't hand you a recommendation deck. Your deals route to the right rep automatically. Your data stays clean. The deliverable is infrastructure, not a PDF.

    Intelligence baked in.

We build operations where AI is part of the foundation. Your CRM routes deals smarter. Your team gets answers from institutional knowledge. Your reporting stays accurate without someone babysitting a spreadsheet.

    Your team runs it.

Every automation has a walkthrough. Every process is documented. I've never had a client call me six months later because they couldn't figure out how to use what I built. That's the bar.

    About Geekeri

    Founder-led. Engineer-built.

    Erin Wiggers

    Erin Wiggers

    Founder & Principal

I spent 5 years running RevOps engagements at BridgeRev and Wand AI. 50+ enterprise clients. And I kept seeing the same thing: great recommendations, beautiful audit decks, 90-day plans. Six months later? Nothing had changed.

So I built one for myself first. GeekeriOS runs my entire practice from a single conversation with Claude. Then clients started asking if I could build it for them, too. That's Geekeri.

    FAQ

    Common questions

Answers to the questions that usually come up at this point.

Is Geekeri right for my company size?
We work best with B2B companies doing $3M-$50M ARR with 10-200 employees. At this stage, you have enough complexity to need systems but aren't so large that you have dedicated ops teams for every function. That said, we've helped both smaller startups getting ahead of chaos and larger companies fixing foundational issues.
How is this different from hiring a RevOps person?
A single RevOps hire brings one perspective and capacity. We bring methodology, patterns from dozens of implementations, and surge capacity when needed. Many clients use us to establish foundations, then hire internal talent to maintain. Others keep us as ongoing fractional leadership.
Why not just use HubSpot's professional services?
HubSpot's team knows their product well, but they're focused on feature adoption within HubSpot. We design cross-functional revenue systems, connecting your CRM to your data warehouse, product analytics, billing, and custom tooling. We also bring AI automation expertise and 50+ implementation patterns that a platform vendor simply can't.
How long before I see results?
Quick wins in 2-4 weeks (cleaner data, automated handoffs). Foundational improvements in 60-90 days (reliable forecasting, adoption rates). Full transformation in 4-6 months (self-improving feedback loops). We prioritize showing value fast while building for durability.
How quickly can we start seeing results?
Most engagements show measurable improvements within 2-4 weeks, cleaner data, faster handoffs, fewer dropped leads. The bigger structural wins (reliable forecasting, automated workflows, self-service dashboards) take 60-90 days. We sequence work so you're seeing value continuously, not waiting months for a big-bang launch.
    How is pricing structured?
The three core engagements are the RevOps Diagnostic ($10K, 2 weeks), the RevOps Revamp ($28K, 8 weeks), and the AI-Native Blueprint ($50K, 12 weeks). Each starts with a fixed scope and a fixed price, so there are no surprise overruns. After any engagement you can add an optional GrowthGuard retainer at $4K per month for ongoing optimization. The RevOps Score is always free.
How do you measure ROI on RevOps investment?
We baseline your key metrics before we start (pipeline velocity, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, time spent on manual ops), then track improvements against those numbers. Typical clients see 3-5x return in the first year through faster sales cycles, fewer lost deals, and recovered ops time. We'll show you the math, not just the vibes.
Can we pause the retainer if priorities change?
Yes. GrowthGuard retainers have a 3-month minimum to ensure enough time for meaningful results, but after that initial period you can pause or adjust month-to-month. We'd rather have clients who stay because the work is valuable than because they're locked in.
Do you only work with HubSpot?
While we have deep HubSpot expertise, we're system-agnostic architects. We work with Salesforce, hybrid stacks, and custom tooling. The methodology is the same: define signals, establish trust, build flows. The implementation varies by platform.
What if we're already using HubSpot, do we still need an audit?
Especially then. Most teams we work with have HubSpot running but know it's underbuilt, messy properties, automation gaps, reports nobody trusts. An audit surfaces the specific friction points costing you deals and time. It's not about starting over; it's about making what you've already invested in actually deliver.
How do you handle AI and automation risks?
Every AI and automation we build includes guardrails: human-in-the-loop for critical decisions, audit logs for every action, PII handling protocols, and easy rollback mechanisms. We're not building 'fire and forget' agents, we're building governed systems that humans trust and can control.
Can you help with AI that actually works?
Yes, but we're allergic to AI theater. Every AI implementation we build solves a specific, measurable problem: reducing manual data entry, accelerating proposal generation, or catching at-risk accounts. We prove value before scaling, and we always maintain human oversight.
What if my team doesn't adopt the new systems?
Adoption is built into our methodology. We involve stakeholders early, design for the path of least resistance, and build in feedback mechanisms. Our track record shows 90%+ CRM adoption rates because we prioritize user experience alongside system integrity.

    Not sure where to start?

Most engagements start with a conversation, not a contract. No pitch deck. No pressure. Just a real talk about where you are and what might help.
